I ran into the same issue after updating my iPhone to iOS 26 beta. The battery drained extremely fast and a few apps kept crashing. I tried the normal downgrade with Finder and IPSW, but Apple kept throwing the "firmware not signed" error. It was frustrating because the device became almost unusable.
