Please help, wifi disappears from Windows 10 computer

Looks like you're missing the wireless adapter.
Check in the Device Manager, if you've any wireless adapter, under Network adapters listed and is working properly (no yellow warning icon).
If none of wireless adapter is listed there or having warning, you need to install latest wireless adapter/driver from your device manufacturer's website.
