PC Will Not Boot

I've had my pc for barely a week and it has been absolutely fine. This morning I've gone to switch it on and it won't boot. It starts and then turns itself off again after 2-3 seconds and then does this constantly unless I switch it off at the rear. I can see nothing loose inside. I have reseated then RAM modules but nothing different happens. HELP!

    Reseat RAM modules again, ensuring they are fully and correctly seated.

    Disconnect all internal drives (SSD/HDD), leaving only the motherboard, CPU, RAM, and power supply.

    Remove and reinstall the graphics card if applicable.
