PC freezes a LOT after upgrading to Windows 11

Update all your motherboard and storage controller drivers from the manufacturer's website.
Check for Windows updates that might include important fixes.
Run a disk check on all drives to identify any errors.
Disable any unnecessary startup programs or background services to see if the problem persists.
Consider resetting or reinstalling storage drivers via Device Manager.
Look into power management settings; sometimes aggressive power saving can cause drive access issues.
