PC doesn't go to sleep automatically anymore after October 10, 2023—KB5031356 update

hello,   Since the recent Windows Updates, my desktop PC (this one), doesn't go to sleep automatically anymore (no setting changed). if I use Start -> Sleep then it goes to sleep fine.    Checked...

I heard multiple users reporting the same user. It seems a bug in recent update. You can either roll back to the previous update or wait for the next update.
