PC Can no longer see any NEW storage devices

My PC no longer see any "NEWLY installed/attached" Flash Drives, external drives (USB), or even SATA 3.5 inches drives. The USB ports work just fine for anything else. I still see my all my current drives. I've updated Windows (10) and my BIOS. The storage devices do show up correctly in my BIOS. The drives do show up in device manager under "Other devices" with the correct name and description. They DO NO, however, show up under device manager under "Disk Drives" AND they DO NOT show up under disk management.

-I have tested multiple Flash Drives (including USB 2 and USB 3 types and USB C) in multiple USB Ports on the front of the PC and on the back, as well as in attached USB hubs, none of which showed up on Disk Management or File Explorer AND I have tested all of those same Flash Drives in other PCs and Laptops successfully where they automatically showed up in File Explorer.

-I have tried to install a new SATA internal drive into each of the 3 free MB SATA ports. At no time did that drive show up in either Disk Management or File Explorer. It did show up when installed in another PC.

-I had an USB External Drive Enclosure that was seen in both Disk Management and File Explorer. I unplugged this drive and plugged it back into exact same USB port. At that point it never showed up in Disk Management or File Explorer.

-I have disabled all Anti-Virus software and tried the Flash Drives again. Same result. The storage devices never showed up in Disk Management or File Explorer.

-Further trouble shooting this, I did a safe boot and got exactly the same results. I'm really at a loss here. This all worked perfectly until a few weeks. I connect jump drives without issue. This is a new PC build that has a few NVMe drives and an internal SATA. It's seen all of those since it was built. Even that external USB would get unplugged and come right back after plugging it back in.

All types of the differing storage devices tested DID show up correctly in the BIOS and DID show up under "Other devices" with the correct name and model number in Device Manager every time they were connect or installed.

It's just any NEWLY attached drives of any type JUST show up correct in the BIOS and then under "Other devices" in Device Manager...

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The "Other Devices" entry in Device Manager suggests a driver issue. The driver for the device might be conflicting with another component or with the current Windows 10 installation.

It is possible but given the diversity of the types of new storage that I've tried to attach, the odds of each device type conflicting with a device on the system seem to a bit of a long.

I know that I have no Flash Drives on the system at all right now. I also know that the drivers for the existing SATA drive are all Windows default drivers which shouldn't conflict.

I got a tip from another forum and tried the mountvol /e command from an Admin CMD and rebooted. I did that process twice. Same results as before. No new storage on any time can be seen anywhere except the BIOS and under "Other devices" in Device Manager...

I'm really at a loss as to what is causing this.
