I would make a bootable memtest usb and run it for a while just for good measure. If it slings errors then one of your sticks of ram is bad or a ram slot could be failing. You'd have to troubleshoot by switching ram sticks around to figure out which.
If the memtest comes up clean then do what Provencecass said and clean install the gpu drivers.
If THAT doesn't work then reinstall windows fresh.
If THAT doesn't work then it's likely your GPU is dying. Or it might even be your hard drive (ssd) failing or something up with the motherboard. You'd just have to troubleshoot each one to figure out the culprit.
