Overheating and loud fan noise (Even when idle)

Hi, I would start by checking whether the machine is actually hot or whether the fan control/sensor is misreading.

Use a hardware monitor tool to check CPU/GPU temperatures while idle. If temperatures are high at idle, look for dust buildup, blocked vents, old thermal paste, a failing fan, or a process that is briefly spiking and disappearing. Also install the latest BIOS/firmware and chipset/power management drivers from the device maker.

If temperatures are normal but the fans still run full speed, check BIOS fan settings and run the manufacturer's hardware diagnostics. That can point to a bad sensor or fan controller. I would avoid running it like this for long periods until you know the temperature, because real overheating can shorten hardware life.
