OneDrive Option Remains in the Save As Dialog After Uninstalling It from Windows 10
I have uninstalled OneDrive through the regular method and cleaned up related registry entries, but the OneDrive entry still persists in the left navigation pane or location list of the "Save As" dialog, affecting the tidiness of the interface. I am now seeking methods to completely remove these residual options.

After making changes, restart Windows Explorer: Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc). Find Windows Explorer, right-click, and select Restart.

To completely remove the residual OneDrive entry from the "Save As" dialog and the navigation pane after uninstalling OneDrive, you'll need to ensure that all related entries are thoroughly cleaned from the system, including context menu entries, Explorer navigation pane, and registry entries.

The most direct method is to right-click the lingering "OneDrive" entry in the Save dialog box, then select "Remove from list" to delete it from the navigation pane.
