Office word has disappeared from my hard drive
Hi hansleroy
I have office program on my hard drive. Excel and Outlook are still there. Word was there this morning.
I turned off computer for 1 hour; Word had disappeared when i re-started. I have a word document which I tried to open. I could not open it. Other word documents take me to Office 365 to ope. I want my program back on the hard drive.
So when I followed instructions from

Excel and Outlook are still on harddrive but not word.

- I hope you can help me. I have the same problem. My Word has disappeared from my hard drive! I have tried the repair of my Office and that did not fix the problem. When I try to open a Word document, I just get a blank white screen. That is also what I get when I click on the Word icon.

No, white screen is not 'the same problem' as what Earlle described (Word disappeared).
I think you should try to open Word in safe mode.

Also: make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card.
