nPower Options Keep Changing

I have been experiencing a persistent issue with my system for over a year, despite multiple updates. I don't believe this problem is related to a Windows build issue.

My self-built desktop, equipped with a Ryzen 5 processor (although I'm unsure if this is the root cause, as I never encountered this problem with an Intel system), keeps altering the Balanced power option settings. The computer is supposed to enter sleep mode after an hour of inactivity, but the setting consistently changes from 1 hour to Never. This adjustment can occur within a couple of hours or sometimes after a day or two. I have attempted to prevent the computer from waking up due to mouse or network activity, suspecting that it may be triggered by a vibration or signal, but this approach has proven ineffective. I have conducted scans with various virus and root scanners, all of which have yielded no results. Additionally, I have run the Power Troubleshooter, as well as the system file checker (sfc), without success. Despite trying numerous potential solutions suggested online, none have resolved the issue. Aside from performing a clean reinstallation, is there a solution to rectify this frustrating problem? Thank you.
