Notification popups occasionally fail to clear.

I currently have my Macrium Reflect notification settings configured to display notification banners and disable notifications in the notification center. Typically, these notification banners disappear within a few seconds. However, today I encountered a persistent banner that required manual closure. To my surprise, I found several additional Reflect notification banners stacked behind it, which I proceeded to close individually. Subsequently, another Reflect notification appeared but cleared on its own after a few seconds.

My notification activity is predominantly from Reflect, so I cannot confirm if this issue is unique to Reflect or if it would have been resolved automatically for other notifications. While I vaguely recall discussions about notification clearing times being inconsistent, I cannot recall any instances of them failing to clear. Does this scenario resonate with you?

1.Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, simply restarting your system can resolve temporary glitches.

    2.Check Notification Settings:
Go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
Ensure that notifications are enabled for the apps you want notifications from.

3.Update Windows: Make sure your operating system is up to date.
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

4.Disable Focus Assist: Focus Assist may suppress notifications to avoid interruptions.
Go to Settings > System > Focus Assist and turn it off or configure it appropriately.

    5.Clear Action Center Cache:
Some users have found that clearing the Action Center cache (if applicable) helps. However, the method can vary by version:
Open Run (Windows + R), type wsreset.exe, and press Enter.
