No Post Display

Not sure if this is the right place for my request. If not, please redirect me.

I have a custom built PC running Windows 11 23H2 with a MSI B550 MPG Gaming Plus motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5 5600X cpu, Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4, Corsair CX 55M PSU, and a Gigabyte RX 590 Gaming 8G graphics card. I use my TV as my monitor and I don't have another display. I have a low spec mini PC as a secondary backup machine.

I recently was using Windhawk to custom change my taskbar view after personalizing the desktop wallpaper and I've been using it for a long time without any issues.

Hours later when I went to shut down my PC, I noticed the Start button was missing. I reverted back to the original taskbar view but the button still was not showing.

I rebooted the PC but now there was no POST display. I tried cold booting it into troubleshooting mode but was unsuccessful.

I removed and reseated the GPU and the two RAM sticks, and I then also reset the CMOS but those didn't help.

Checked all the cables and they were fine.

I went to the MSI website and noticed there was a newer BIOS version. I installed that using the Flash BIOS button but that didn't resolve the problem.

Finally I went back to the RAM and tried the following configurations and these were the results:

DIMM 1 in DIMMA2 slot shows EZ Debug light "boot device undetected"

DIMM 2 in DIMMA2 slot shows no EZ Debug lights on (front activity light flashes during bootup)

DIMM 2 in DIMMA2 slot and DIMM 1 in DIMMB2 slot shows EZ Debug light "boot device undetected"

DIMM 1 in DIMMA2 slot and DIMM 2 in DIMMB2 slot shows no EZ Debug lights on (front activity light flashes during bootup)

I repeated these configurations twice with the same results.

There was no POST display in all of these instances

I'm at a total loss as to what to do next.

Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Confirm that your TV input/source is set correctly and functioning (try switching inputs or testing with another monitor if available).
