No more Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on my computer

After trying every imaginable tutorial on the internet and after reading several forums, my problem is still there...
In the space of a few minutes, I no longer have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The WLAN autoconfig normally present in "Services" no longer exists. I can't get it back.
If a charitable soul has a solution, I'd be very grateful.
