NO Microphones work working after all trouble shoots
Product: HP Laptop 17-bs0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Internal microphone and bluetooth mic have quit working. I have gone thru tech support, I ran all trouble shooting and advanced troubleshooting, I unistalled both the audio and video devices etc etc etc
The computer does recognize the device and says its working but it is not
Speakers and headset do work for listening
Any clues?

after uninstalling the drivers, did you install newer versions in their place?
