No internet connection
I don't have intetnet connection(I'm cinnected with a cable) there no sign of Internet. I tried so many things and nothing helps.

This seems like a driver problem. Could you send your computer's manufacturer and model number?
In Device manager: View>>Show hidden devices
Expand Network adapters and uninstall every device found
Restart your pc and check if you can connect to the web.
