New Windows 10 Motherboard Without Wi-Fi: B650 AORUS ELITE AX
Since neither Wi-Fi nor a wireless adapter appears, troubleshoot device detection before resetting networking. Confirm the exact motherboard model and hardware revision; similarly named B650 AORUS ELITE AX boards can require different wireless packages. Enter UEFI setup and verify onboard WLAN or wireless connectivity is enabled. In Device Manager, choose View > Show hidden devices and inspect Network adapters and Other devices. Record the hardware IDs for any Network Controller or unknown device. Install the AMD chipset package first, restart, then install the motherboard manufacturer’s WLAN and Bluetooth packages that match the board revision and operating system. If no wireless device appears in Device Manager or UEFI after a power-off, update UEFI using the manufacturer’s instructions and inspect the onboard module. Network reset will not fix hardware that Windows cannot enumerate. Verify the manufacturer actually supports Windows 10 for that revision; otherwise use a supported OS or a PCIe/USB adapter.
