Network Connection Not Working
I've spent Several Hours attempting to get my devices to connect to each other remotely. Tech has attempted to rectify the issue I'm dealing with, even upping the tier doing the troubleshoot. None of the attempts have been successful through the entire experience. I'm hoping that someone can help me identify the source of the problem. It's been nothing but stress jumping through hoops to figure out the solution. Thank you for taking the time to reading this.

That sadly hasn't done anything. The file still has yet to be accessed. I would always claim that I don't have permission to look into one of the two files within my own device.
Try this:
Open Services by running services.msc command.
Make sure Function Discovery Provider Host Service is running.
Double click on it, set it to Automatic startup type.
Click OK, Apply.
Let me know if issue still persists.
