Network Connection Not Working

I've spent Several Hours attempting to get my devices to connect to each other remotely. Tech has attempted to rectify the issue I'm dealing with, even upping the tier doing the troubleshoot. None of the attempts have been successful through the entire experience. I'm hoping that someone can help me identify the source of the problem.
