Yes i did this solution on edit the regedit the value DEC(6000) and also tried Hexa(180000) after restart still not able to run the service. I also tried the below commands as well but still the same.

sfc /scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Hi Deleted,

Any advice on this issue. I have done few workaround on this but still cannot start the service.

Can you run this service on another computer?

    Defender Firewall may block or another antivirus, but I'm just guessing.
