Also very devoted neo User here. However my new company is rather restrictive with installable software and therefore i am stuck with qwertz again.

Maybe you can try using a programmable keyboard and program neo onto it. That's how it works for me somewhat. Still would prefer if Windows would just add the Neo2 layout (but I have no hope for that tbh)
