Don't delete it until you know.

Go to Settings and uninstall the two apps from your computer. They don't seem to be normal apps.

Run a full scan with the Windows Defender app and check if it is malware or not.

Usually, a right click will solve the problem.

Try to make a full scan with the Defender app to see if any virus or malware on the device.

Right click and see if you see option to Open file Location, if yes, then open it and explorer the location and see if it belongs to a trusted program?

Pls reboot the computer and check if the process are still running!
