My PC Doesn't See Western Digital MyCloud NAS
Hi, I'm not very familiar with the process here so please bear with me. I chatted with MS tech support for over 90 minutes this morning and they couldn't resolve my issue and suggested I try here...

Judging by the lack of responses, this is clearly an unsolvable problem.

Have you installed the latest update on the affected device?

Thanks for your response.
The only reason I talked about the transcript was that's what the MS phone guy said I should do - i.e. post it to the forum. In response to your questions:
* both running Win 10 Home
* all updates are installed.
* the device is connected via WiFi.

Try connect the device, and open start and search for Disk Management and open it and see if you are seeing the drive there?
