My laptop is having some issues
This one is a Toshiba Satellite Pro. I used it to play Minecraft 4 before. Yesterday, I reinstalled the Windows system because sometimes the game would freeze and I needed to restart the computer. So I installed Windows 10 Professional from a USB drive, but there was no Start menu. Instead, I installed it using setup.exe because I couldn't enable the Start menu in the BIOS. Maybe it's because the SSD has a password set. This computer was bought a few years ago. Maybe some organization set a password to control it! In the BIOS,
I can't make any changes. I can only modify the date and time. After reinstalling the system, the system prompted me to enter my Microsoft account. I entered an old account, although I know the password, but it's probably been unused for over ten years. After restarting, a window popped up asking me to log in with my Microsoft account. I entered the password, but they asked me to verify the code with my mobile phone number. But I no longer have that mobile phone number, so I can't prove that this is my account! Now I can't log in and use this computer.
I would like to ask if there's a way to reinstall the system directly from the USB drive without using the Start menu? I want to add another Microsoft account! thank you

Turn it on and immediately press the F2, F12, or ESC key repeatedly (depending on your Toshiba model) to enter the BIOS or Boot Menu.
