My laptop gets very hot after working for 30 minutes

My laptop (Windows 10) starts to get very hot after approximately 30 minutes of use, regardless of whether I am browsing, working on documents, or watching videos. The temperature rises quickly, and I notice the fans running at maximum speed, which makes the device noisy and uncomfortable to use. Despite ensuring proper ventilation and cleaning the vents regularly, the overheating persists, and I am concerned it might damage the hardware or reduce the lifespan of my laptop. I would appreciate any advice on how to identify the cause of the heat and what steps I can take to prevent it.
