My current aversion towards Microsoft

Many experiences have left me frustrated with their lack of transparency, frequent bugs, and inconsistent support, making me hesitant to rely on their products. I am seeking advice or alternative solutions that can help me move away from Microsoft ecosystems and find more reliable and user-friendly options for my computing needs. Any recommendations for trustworthy, open-source, or less problematic alternatives would be greatly appreciated.

Linux offers open-source, transparent, and highly customizable operating systems that are generally more stable and less prone to bugs.

Your frustration with a lack of transparency, bugs, and unreliable support is a common driver for people looking to leave the Microsoft ecosystem. The good news is that there is a growing movement toward open-source and sovereign alternatives, which are being adopted not just by individuals, but by entire governments looking to regain control and reliability.
