My battery is in a very poor condition
My Windows 10 PC where the battery condition has significantly deteriorated, and it no longer holds a charge for more than a few minutes. Despite trying to calibrate the battery and update my drivers, the battery life remains extremely poor, and the system sometimes shuts down unexpectedly even when the battery percentage shows there is still charge left.

If the battery report indicates poor health or capacity significantly below the original specifications, the most effective solution is to replace the battery.
