Monitor isn't detected by new PC (Windows 10)
I'm going to ring PCS tomorrow when the helpline is available, but thought I'd post here in the meantime in case I'm missing something obvious.

That’s a good plan. Posting here in the meantime is a smart way to gather any additional insights or see if others have experienced similar issues. If you want, I can help you prepare some specific questions to ask PCS or suggest troubleshooting steps you might try before your call.

Check for any recent hardware changes or connections that might have affected booting. Try booting from a Windows 11 installation media (USB or DVD) to access recovery options. Note down any error messages or specific behaviors you observe, as these can help when talking to support.

Try checking the cable connections and making sure the monitor is set to the correct input source. Also, try restarting the PC or using a different cable or port to rule out a hardware issue.
