Migrate UE-V to new domain profile?

If users are setup with UE-V to roam their app and Windows settings (synced to OneDrive) and then migrate their workstations to a new AD domain connected to a new Office365 tenant (same username, different domain), how can we get the old UE-V sync data associated with their new user profile?
