Microsoft Time Zones Format

I noticed that Microsoft uses the UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) Time Zone; although, I'm questioning the "format" they are using. For example, the Time Zone "(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)" doesn't change weather it's during Standard Time or Daylight Time, eventhough the UTC is in fact changing.

In accordance with Wikipedia:

- Eastern Standard Time (EST), when observing standard time (autumn/winter), are five hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-05:00).
- Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), when observing daylight saving time (spring/summer), are four hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-04:00).

In other words, should Microsoft (or specific applications) specify a different format since, for example, when I schedule a meeting in Teams, it shows "(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)" eventhough in reality I'm requesting "(UTC-04:00) Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (US & Canada)" and I feel like it could lead to confusion.

Until the world move to permanent standard time or permanent daylight time, maybe Microsoft could adapt the format?
