Microsoft PowerToys Version 0.39 delayed

The Product Manager of Microsoft PowerToys Clint Rutkas says on https://twitter.com/ClintRutkas/status/1400547883728859142, that the release of Version 0.39 gets delayed, because some items took longer as expected.

The time get's used to integrate more pending Pull Requests from the community to create an update full with new Features.
