Microsoft Photo
Microsoft Photo won't stop searching for photos to download from a flash drive even when the count does not increase. HELP

If Photos is stuck, try to close the Photos app entirely. Reopen it and see if the import prompt appears again. If it auto-starts, look for options to cancel or pause the import.
Tap Reset App in the photo, then reinsert the flash drive.
Go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Photos, tap Stop or Reset for the app, and then reinsert the flash drive.
