Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) — for enterprise/volume license customers.

If your organization has a volume license agreement, sign in to the Microsoft VLSC (or the Microsoft 365 admin center for business tenants) where downloadable Microsoft offline 2024 offline packages for LTSC products are provided directly to licensed organizations, then use ODT as in method 1 to configure and deploy it.

A few notes worth keeping in mind:

Microsoft doesn't offer a simple direct ISO download for Office — the ODT is required to actually pull the setup files.

An offline installer package is just a local folder of files, not a single portable .exe — it is not a single traditional installer, but usually a folder containing the downloaded Office installation files.

Having offline install files doesn't remove the requirement for a valid Office LTSC 2024 license and product key — activation still happens against your account or via phone activation for volume licenses.
