manipulating battery charge

I have a little Problem on a Lenovo T490.

Lenovo had an issue, where the mainboard would stop recognizing the ports on the mainboard, that  also includes the charging port. With a new FE it should work all normal again.

Now I have the Problem, that I can't install the FE-Update, because the battery wont charge and is on 2%, as seen below:

Is there any way, that I can trick the FE-Update by manipulating the battery charge to at least 25%?

PS: 65W Charger is connected but wont charge up the battery, it is just holding it on 2%.
