Manage Space in Backup and Restore

On one of my PC's, when I go to View Backups, it shows separate backups by various dates of when I made them. On another PC, it only shows one large backup with a start and ending date, about 6 months worth. Why does one PC show individual backups that I can choose to delete, and the other only shows one large one that I can't choose separate dates to delete?

    Which Windows 10 build is installed on your machines?
    are they both updated to the latest version?

      Both have the latest Windows 10 builds.
