Lowering brightness blackouts the screen

Hello Everyone, just a quick post about Windows 10 HSL brightness problem. Here's the storyline:

I'm running Windows 10 HSL

Version 21H2 (OS build 19044.1348)

I bought a new Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 laptop on November 4th. My screen blackouts when I lower the brightness up to 4%. I didn't know until I called Lenovo support, and they said turn on your mobile flash and check your screen. I was completely shocked for a moment. "This can only be fixed by installing Windows Update. There's no fault from hardware or laptop related" - he added. The support guy told me to update the NVIDIA drivers and Intel(R) UHD graphics. BIOS is updated to latest. Also. I updated Windows and Lenovo drivers as well.

Most Importantly I feel like my eyes are struggling while playing games, colors are not so accurate, much darker no such details. (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650)

I've a HP pavilion but I never faced this issue, btw I've Windows 10 Pro running in my old device.

Ref:  laptop @ 3% brightness

Thank you 🙂
