Hi NoahWang, this is usually the Start menu tile cache or the app package not refreshing cleanly. I would update the affected Microsoft Store apps, unpin and repin one tile as a test, then restart Explorer. If it only happens in your current profile, a new local user test can confirm whether the Start layout cache is corrupted.
