Latest Win10 updated affects RAM badly + updating to Win 11

Hello,

After the latest update, my memory is about 50%+ idle (16GB RAM). I noticed that in the same games I play everything is "heavy" and lagging, the pictures smugs sometimes, and the memory usage is 90% to 100%.

I didn't find a way to roll it back.

Plus, I in MSFT site they say I can update for freeto Win 11 from the Windows update menu. There is no such option.

    Rolling Back Windows Update
    If the latest update caused issues and you want to roll back:
    * Go to Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates.
    * Find the latest update and uninstall it.
    * Alternatively, use System Restore:
    * Search for Create a restore point > System Restore.
    * Follow prompts to revert to a previous restore point before the update.

    Ensure your graphics card, chipset, and other drivers are up to date, as outdated drivers can cause performance issues.
