Keyboard shortcuts quit working! Help!
From one day to the next the keyboard shortcuts on my laptop have stopped working. I'm using Windows 10. I remember this happened a few months ago. It is very frustrating. I've tried rebooting and have checked and my keyboard driver is up to date.

What kind of keyboard shortcut is not working?
Restart the explorer.exe process (Task Manager > End Process > Run New Task > Enter explorer.exe), and check the keyboard driver.
