keep getting a pop up asking me to choose which app to use to open
how do i fix this! i cannot get it to work anymore ,always ask me to choose an app!

If the problem persists, you can reset all defaults:
In Default Apps, scroll down and click Reset to the Microsoft recommended defaults.
Confirm and restart your computer.
Go to Settings > Apps > Default apps.
Scroll down and click Reset to the Microsoft recommended defaults.
Confirm the reset.
This will restore the default app associations for all file types.
