KB5034441 fails to install with error code 0x80070643.

Installing the 4/23 19045.4355 preview build doesn't seem to fix, in case you're thinking of trying that.
howart's earlier post had a link to a site which allowed me to download a MS app which allowed me to easily remove the problematic KB5034441 update from January. In April KB5034441 was listed as an optional update, I chose not to install it. The 4/23 19045.4355 preview build installed without incident. After I was happy that my devices had no problems, I used the MS Disk Clean-up app to remove a large number of redundant WIN 10 files. Then I made 2 USB recovery disks, so far, 03/06/24, I have not had any WIN 10 issues.
