Same issue for me. I'm seeing error 0x80070002 when trying to install on Win10 OS build 19043.844. I've tried to download the update directly from https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5000842 but that also fails.
Yes So far no good news from any direction....
