Windows Media Center (WMC) is officially deprecated and was never officially supported on Windows 10 or Windows 11. Microsoft discontinued WMC with Windows 8.1, and it’s no longer part of Windows 10 or 11. That said, there are community-driven efforts to keep WMC alive on newer Windows versions through unofficial patches and modifications.
