I Have Never Seen An Unannounced Operating System Getting An Update,Also It Was Probably Downloaded From A Microsoft Server So Microsoft Must Have Known The Devices Which Downloaded The Cumulative Update!!
But, The Fact That Windows 11 Is Based On Windows 10 And Windows 10X It Actually Can Receive Some Updates For Windows 10 And Even Install Them😅
