Is this ssd drive dying based on the scan result?

So I installed CrystallDiskInfo and checked, sure enough, there are caution warnings for both of my drives, with the C: drive showing "3%", as is shown in the screenshot linked above. How bad is it, and has it gotten to the point I may need to replace my hard drives? Or worse, have to buy a whole new computer?
