Is this a real bad noise or just something’s bumping against something?

I bought a Windows 10 PC, it’s an older one and I had to attach some stuff myself including the HDD (will be updating after ive moved houses), windows is currently setting up but I’m getting this noise (in video). Is this a sign I may need to update it sooner rather than later, or when I put everything inside maybe something is bumping against the fan?

Update your BIOS and drivers after you’ve moved and set up everything, as older firmware can sometimes cause hardware issues.

Spin the fans manually (gently) to see if they turn smoothly without resistance. Check for dust, debris, or anything that might be causing noise or obstruction.
