Is the limit on Windows 11 Pro still a maximum of 2 physical CPUs?

When it comes to Windows 11 Enterprise/Pro for Workstations, the allowance is for 4 physical CPUs, not cores or threads, but actual physical CPUs. Are you aware if the limitation for Windows 11 Pro remains at 2 physical CPUs?
While this information may cater to the needs of the majority of home users, there could be a few individuals who possess 4 physical CPUs. This configuration would be beneficial for those looking to operate multiple virtual machines with direct hardware passthrough to each VM.

If you have a server or workstation with 4 physical CPUs, you would need Windows 11 Pro for Workstations or Windows 11 Enterprise to fully utilize those CPUs.
