Is the Admin profile will get deleted to using an Azure AD connected account/profile?

Hi, Before Join as Azure active directory I have two account Admin & Local.

Now when I joined as Azure active directory from setting > Account > Access work & School.

when I do the restart the machine, I see only two Profile 

Local & other (this will ask Microsoft email add ), in sort Admin profile getting deleted.

When I run this command lusmgr.msc ADMIN user I can see.

Can anyone help me to fix the issue or why it is happening.
