Is M365 Copilot available on Windows 10 yet?

An app entry called “M365 Copilot” has appeared in the system. I know it’s an AI tool, and when I clicked on it today, the system prompted me that I need to sign in with a Microsoft account to use this feature. I’m wondering if any of you have started using it yet, and if it works well.
