Is it Safe to remove this folder?

My C drive has been filling up recently and today it got to the point where it had only 5GB space left. I have a 256GB M.2 and I only use it for windows , Steam , Epic and Vs Code. Everything else like blender , Cap cut are all on my D drive which is a 2TB HDD. I know it's slow but this is the best I could do.

Now to free up space I went through multiple guides and did everything I can (clear temps, Storage sense, Nvidia Cache etc.) and while digging through individual files I found this and I want to know is it safe to remove.

I only use OneDrive to save my game saves and some word docs and they are all in the free 5GB. I literally don't know what or Why this folder is this big.
